Shipping and returns policy
Do I need to pay for shipping on returns?
Yes , if you are returning an item back to us, you have to ship it with a trusted courier to ensure that it gets to us safely. If the item gets lost while returning to us , we are not responsible for this and therefore can’t offer you a refund nor store credit.
Can I get the product shipped overnight?
We are always working and sorting your orders out, however we do not ship in the night time. Any orders placed at night will be sent out the next morning.
Can I return something I’ve worn?
Any returns/exchanges sent to us must be in the same condition that we sent to you. If an item that is brand new comes back worn or with a defect, we will not be able to sort a refund out for you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Our team at Fedorsneaks check our items before dispatching them! In the unlikely event of a damaged product, we will assess the situation and let you know what we can offer.
How do I send back a return?

How many days after purchase can I return an item?
You have 14 days to return or exchange your item with us. The 14 day period begins when you place an order via the website.
Do you offer full refunds or just store credit?
We offer both a refund or store credit depending on what you prefer
